An 11th victim was found in the wreckage following a deadly and massive car pileup on Interstate 75 in Gainesville, Florida.

Heavy smoke from brush fires and dense fog caused Florida Highway Patrol to shut down part of the interstate for several hours. Just 15 minutes after reopening the highway, a dozen cars, six tractor-trailers, and a motor home collided. Along with the 11 deceased, 18 were taken to the hospital.

The impacts caused several cars to burst into flames, and investigators are teaming up with anthropologists from the University of Florida to help identify the deceased. So far only eight victims have been identified.
