A two-car accident occured on February 20, 2011 in Appleton, Wisconsin. 

A man crashed into the driver’s side of a Pontiac Grand Prix, driven by a woman. Because of damage on the door of the Pontiac, the woman was stuck inside her car for a brief amount of time. The man suffered no injuries, while the woman suffered only minor injuries.

The crash is thought to have been caused by the recent snowstorm that has hit Wisconsin.

Five children were sent to the hospital and another 19 sought medical treatment after the school bus they were riding in was broadsided by a pickup truck. The accident occurred on October 27 at 8:40 am in Sheboygan.

According to reports, the bus cut off a Ford F-250 pickup truck which was pulling a trailer. The driver of the bus maintains that fog made visibility difficult. She said she opened the bus’ door so that she could see and hear better.

The pickup truck hit the bus just behind the doors, injuring the driver of the truck and her two children. Fourteen students were treated at the scene by EMS crews.
