A 37-year-old man from Lake Geneva died on Monday morning after his vehicle was hit by a Mack dump truck on Highway D.

According to reports, the driver of the dump truck was heading westbound at around 8:43 a.m. when he noticed a wild turkey in the road. He swerved in an attempt to avoid hitting the turkey and lost control of his vehicle. The dump truck slid into the eastbound lanes of Highway D and crashed into a Saturn S11 that was driven by the 37-year-old man. The Saturn rolled over onto the driver’s side, and the 37-year-old man was killed.

The driver of the dump truck was taken to Froedtert Hospital where he was said to be in stable condition. No charges have been filed in the accident as of yet.

The driver of a semi-truck was minorly injured this weekend when he lost control of his truck, causing it to roll over on Interstate Highway 90 in Wisconsin.

The accident occurred when the sixty-one-year-old driver swerved slightly onto the side of the road. In an attempt to bring his vehicle back into the lane, he overcorrected, and the truck began to roll over. The truck caused minor road damage, and the highway was shut down for two hours while officials cleared the scene of the accident.

The driver of the semi-truck was immediately taken to a local hospital to be treated for minor injuries that he suffered during the accident.
