Student Seriously Injured While Crossing Intersection

A student at Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin was seriously injured while trying to cross an intersection on the university campus.

The student was walking on the crosswalk and was hit when only one of two oncoming cars stopped at the two-lane intersection. Although no other serious accidents of this nature have been reported, students have often complained of this particular intersection due to cars failing to stop for them as they try to cross.

Signs had been put up by university officials to alert motorists of crossing pedestrians, however, problems still occur at this area of campus between pedestrians and motorists.

If you or someone you know has been injured due to accidents involving negligent motorists, please contact the Appleton pedestrian accident attorneys of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ®, today at 800-242-2874.
