Motorcyclist suffers non-life threatening injuries in crash

A 43-year-old man from Germantown recently suffered non-life threatening injuries after he was hit by a car that was driven by a 20-year-old man.

The accident occurred at approximately 9:00 p.m. on Monday near the intersection of Appleton Avenue and County Line Road. The man was traveling northbound on Appleton Avenue on his motorcycle when the 20-year-old man attempted to make a left turn across the road and struck the motorcycle.

The motorcyclist suffered broken bones and is being treated in a local hospital. It is not clear if the driver of the vehicle will be charged in the accident.
