Two Rivers police tentatively link road rage to Wisconsin car accident

Police investigators in Wisconsin are trying to determine if road rage led to an automobile crash that caused a 19-year-old to lose his life. Two Rivers police are investigating the car accident that lead to the death of Eric Neumann on Tuesday night, November 19. Investigators believe it stemmed from an argument that occurred at a residence in Manitowoc.

Shawn Lischka has been charged with fatal hit-and-run and negligent driving as a result of the accident.

According to Appleton Police Sergeant Dave Lund, the increase in people with cell phones while driving makes it difficult to determine whether road rage itself is becoming more common or more people are simply reporting it.

Our legal team at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® knows what losing a loved one can do to a family and friends. We extend our heartfelt condolences to those affected by this tragedy.
